Hi Jory, I can answer some of your chemistry questions.
1. Bromthymol Blue is a pH indicator.
2. Limewater is used to detect carbon dioxide gas--it turns milky.
3. Phenol red is anothr pH indicator.
4. For HCl normal and molar mean the same thing. 3 normal means 3 moles of
HCl per liter of solution.
5. It depends. It probably means 1 gram of bromthymol blue in 99 grams of
water.
6. No. Iodine sublimes at ambient temperatures. It goes from a solid to gas
without becoming a liquid.
