Are you a new teacher in this high school? I think you are given the
entry level classes because these are the toughest classes to teach.
Those men who have more seniority get the better classes where
students are more mature and have less discipline problems. I think
you best bet is to raise this issue with the parents in your school,
at the risk of alienating your school's administration and the fellow
science teachers.
