SCRAP (cool, cheap, snack-making stuff-like binsd filled with toilet
paper tubes!) is located at Pier 80. Drive out to the gate, go through,
and angle around to the right. If you are lucky you'll catch a glimpse
of the sign.
There is also the East Bay Center for Creative Reuse-same idea across
the bay.
