I also thought of a scene in "The Nightmare before Christmas" (Tim Burton).
Depending on the level of your students and their familiarity with lab
equipment, the scene where Jack is doing experiments on the Christmas stuff
to try to figure out the meaning of Christmas can be a great review.
Challenge the students to name as many pieces of lab equipment as they can
(there's actually about 20 different items used).
