Just one more insight into foam.

Sea foam has accumulated in some areas of the world to such an extent that
it practically petrifies. Meerschaum (German for sea foam) is mined and
used for carving. It is primarily used in tobacco pipes. The light weight
and insulating qualities evidently make for a cool smoke. It discolors
from the heat and greatly resembles toasted marshmallows. Could this be a
clue to its composition?
