The funny bone is really the ulnar nerve. It runs along the medial side of
the arm and is exposed at the elbow. Hitting it causes the sharp tingly
sensation down your forearm and into the little finger. You can actually just
rub hard on the inside of your elbow and feel where this exposed spot is, and
get the tingling feeling. Good luck.
