Hi Eric
I recently attended a workshop and we did electroylsis with 2 pencils and a
9 volt battery in a petri dish. We used about 10 % epsom salt solution and
then universal indicator..... It was pretty cool to see the color changes at
the electrodes...Could use cabbage dye too I guess. Anyway we got almost
immediate bubbling. I can get the write up for you if you like. Aloha from
