Subject: calibrating scales

Hi everyone,

Someone donated some Sartorius MP1202 scales to us a couple years ago. Now
the calibration is off. One is only about 2% off, but the other says
everything weighs about 75% of its actual weight. Does anyone know what I
can do to get these calibrated? There a knob in the back that I can turn
with a dime, but it doesn't seem to have any effect.

Thanks for your advice.

Monya
