Why would water condense in a low pressure area? I would have thought it would condense going into a high pressure area, which would squeeze out the water into drops. Actually I've never really understood what makes water condense in the atmosphere, which hampers badly my understanding of the weather. Why does water condense when it goes into cold air? Is there a way to understand when condensation occurs?
