 (4) Chadwick's of Boston National Teacher of the Year
        Award Accepting Nominations

 Deadline: June 30, 2002

 Chadwick's of Boston, a clothing catalog company, has
 announced the launch of the 2002 National Teacher of the
 Year Award to honor and recognize teachers for their
 dedication and outstanding accomplishments.

 The Chadwick's of Boston Teacher of the Year Award is open
 to the public, with all K-12 schoolteachers eligible to be
 nominated. Nominees must be residents of the United States,
 and nominations should explain how the teacher has made a
 positive impact upon his or her community, school, class,
 and/or students.

 Ten regional winners will be selected by an independent
 panel of judges. Each winner will receive a $300 Chadwick's
 of Boston gift certificate, while each winner's school will
 receive a $500 cash donation. One of the ten regional winners
 will be selected as the national winner and will receive
 $1,000 in cash. His/her school will also receive a $1,000
 cash donation.
