Dear Pinholers,

One of my colleagues is trying to design an experiment to measure the action potential and conduction velocity of a frog's sciatic nerve. Does anyone have a write-up of this or a similar experiment? We are trying to do this with PASCO frequency generators and probeware, not oscilloscopes and nerve chambers as usually required.
