inbox ... but I finally found one that made me look twice ...
the incoming teachers to the Stanford Teacher Education Program observe and
begin delivering lessons during a summer school session in Santa Clara
I am considering taking on this 5 week undertaking ... the pay is competitive
& another science teacher is needed to team teach with
If you are on the mid-peninsula and consider mentoring a fulfilling
experience, this may be good work for you.
contact me directly (reply to my e-mail) and I can put you in contact with the
coordinator.
I am hoping to use the summer school forum to push my practice and bring more
exploration into my curriculum and explore new ways of checking for
udnerstanding (without the stress of cramming standards down my students'
throats ...)
I know the summer is hard to give up, but I consider this my ticket to
Argentina next summer ( and a new bike ). give it some thought and get back
to me. I would be interested in working with Exploratorium minded folk!
