Subject: Plant Diversity Lab?? Flower dissection lab?

Hey TI staff or teachers,

Does anyone have a simple plant diversity lab appropriate for 9th graders? I don't want to get into life cycle details, just basic morphology of an algae, moss, fern, gymnosperm, and angiosperm to see that they are different. An evolutionary context would be great.

How about a flower dissection lab with a few basic types of flowers to look at angiosperm diversity?
