The Coastal Ecosystem Education Program offers a FREE one-week workshop on
our rocky intertidal and sandy beach monitoring projects for high school
students. The complimentary curriculum offers background information and
activities about the ecology and oceanography of the Gulf of the Farallones
National Marine Sanctuary. At the workshop, you will learn about the
sanctuary through activities, slide shows, field trips, and data analysis.
You will become part of a growing network of Bay Area educators involved in
hands-on marine science education and stewardship in the Gulf of the
Farallones National Marine Sanctuary.
