Job opening at Gallinas K-8 School in San Rafael:

Position is Science/Math/Health:
3 periods of 6th grade Earth Science
1 period middle school math
1 period 6th grade Health

CLAD or BCLAD certification is required.

  Gallinas K-8 is a wonderful small school in the Santa Venetia area of San Rafael, between the Cicvic Center and China Camp State Park. The Middle School portion of the school has approximately 170 students, and is staffed by a close-knit group of 9 great teachers. Student population is approximately 40% ELL, mostly Spanish speaking. The size of the school allows us to REALLY get to know and follow the students and families through the grades, but necesitates us all to wear many hats, resulting in a dynamic program.
