Applications for this summer's SCAMPI (Southern California Area Math and
Physics Institute) Mentor Training institute which will be held July 7 - 25
at Cal Poly
Pomona are now available from Gary Sokolis (916) 278-4772. Expenses will be
paid and a $60 per day stipend will be paid to each participant. This
outstanding training will qualify Physics teachers to present the training
to groups of teachers throughout northern California during weekends.
SCAMPI will pay a substantial stipend.
Three teams are needed for the north. They will serve the far north,
Central Valley and the Bay Area.
